First year of you being a reseller - you have generated at least 1 order and you wish to quit any day within the first year.
Yes ! We refund the complete balance amount excluding the service tax.
Scenario 2:
First year of you being a reseller - you have not generated at least 1 order and you wish to quit any day within the first year.
Since we offer a white labelled website along with 16 mock CRM demos, hosting of the website, training, knowledge base etc. there is a cost we bear which would be deducted from the deposit if there is no order generated till the time you wish to quit within the year.

- The amount paid during the sign up process would not be refunded or reusable.
- In case you wish to continue as our Reseller for the 2nd consecutive year, you have to pay INR 5000 + GST. This standard charge is for below mentioned points.

- Training material
- Training if required via Skype / Teamviewer
